1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using OnPointFresh ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

OnPointFresh provides personalized aesthetic analysis services ("Aesthetic Blueprint"). The Service includes facial structure analysis, hairstyle recommendations, and personalized improvement suggestions delivered via PDF format.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and photo upload process
• Upload clear, high-quality photos that accurately represent your appearance
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not share, distribute, or resell your personalized blueprint without written permission
• Not upload photos of other individuals without their explicit consent

4. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

The Service requires a one-time payment of $99 USD. Payment is processed through Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after photos have been uploaded and analysis has begun.

5. DELIVERY

Your personalized Aesthetic Blueprint will be delivered within 14 business days of photo submission via email. Delivery times may vary based on order volume.

6. DISCLAIMERS

The Service provides aesthetic analysis and suggestions for informational purposes only. Results and recommendations are subjective and not guaranteed. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, cosmetic, or therapeutic advice. Any changes you make based on our recommendations are your own responsibility.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by OnPointFresh and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your personalized blueprint is licensed to you for personal use only.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OnPointFresh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
